Jenkins Family Stories ("the App") is a private, invite-only mobile application developed by What We Do Collective ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

When you use Jenkins Family Stories, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Your email address and display name, used to create and manage your account.
• Profile photo: If you choose to upload a profile picture using your camera or photo library.
• Usage data: Which videos you have watched, your favorites, and viewing history within the App. This is used to personalize your experience (e.g., showing unwatched videos).
• Device token: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device token to send you updates about new family videos.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the App for our family members:

• To authenticate you and provide access to the App
• To display your profile to other family members
• To track which videos you've watched and your personal favorites
• To send push notifications about new content (if you opt in)

Data Storage

Your account data, profile information, and viewing history are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. Video content is hosted on Vimeo, a trusted video hosting platform. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to other invited members of the Jenkins family within the App (for example, your display name and profile photo are visible to other family members).

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to function:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage. Supabase Privacy Policy

• Apple Push Notification Service: For delivering notifications to your device.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for members of the Jenkins family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Family members under 13 should have their accounts created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below and we will remove your information within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings
